Complete your menu
Add the rest of your products the same way you added your first, so your whole menu is ready on the POS.
You’ve created your categories and your first product. Now you fill in the rest of the menu the same way, so Cà Phê Sài Gòn’s whole list is ready on the POS the day you reopen. Every product uses the form you already know — this guide is about doing it for the full menu, not learning anything new.
Before you start
- Your two categories, Đồ uống (drinks) and Đồ ăn (food), from Organize products with categories.
- Your first product, created in Add your first product.
- Your menu with prices, so you can type each item without stopping to decide.
Add the rest of your drinks
Your café sells two kinds of items, and the difference decides one setting:
- Made to order, like every coffee and tea — prepared on the spot, never runs out, so you skip stock.
- Counted, like bottled water — a physical thing you can run out of, so you track its stock later.
Most of the menu is made to order. Add each remaining drink exactly as you added your first.
Add another drink with sizes
Open Products under Catalog and select Create. Add Trà đào cam sả the same way you added the coffee: choose the Đồ uống category, pick a Sale Channel, then in the Variants section add a Size option with the values M and L, select Generate Variants, and price the rows 39,000 and 45,000. Add a photo so it stands out on the POS, then select Save.
Repeat for the other drinks that come in sizes — Cà phê đen đá, Bạc xỉu, and Trà sữa trân châu — using the prices from your menu.
Add a product you count as stock
Nước suối 500ml has no sizes, so it needs no variants. Create it, choose Đồ uống, and enter the single price 10,000. Leave Variant Type as Storable — this is a counted item, so you’ll set its stock in the Inventory section once your menu is finished. Add the rest of your retail item, Cà phê hạt rang xay 250g, the same way at 120,000.
Add your food
Add a food item
Food works just like drinks — only the category changes. Create Bánh mì thịt, choose the Đồ ăn category this time, add its photo, and enter the price 25,000. It’s made to order, so there are no sizes and no stock to set.
Repeat for the rest of the food: Bánh mì trứng at 20,000, Xôi gà at 35,000, and the counted item Croissant bơ at 30,000.

Verify your full menu
Open Catalog → Products to see the whole list. All eleven products appear with Activated status under Đồ uống and Đồ ăn — the same catalog your cashier rings up in the BANA Sale app at sale.prods1.bana.com.vn. You’re ready to open.
Tip: The counted items (
Nước suối 500ml,Cà phê hạt rang xay 250g,Croissant bơ) won’t sell until they have stock. Set that up next in the Inventory section.
See it on the POS
The real test of a complete menu is how it looks to whoever stands at the counter.
See your menu on the POS
Open the BANA Sale app at sale.prods1.bana.com.vn. Your whole menu is waiting as tappable cards, each with its photo and price. Leave the tab on All to see everything at once, or tap Đồ uống or Đồ ăn to filter to just drinks or just food. This is exactly what your cashier taps to ring up an order — and when you’re ready, that’s your next step.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to add every product before I open?
No, but the more complete your menu is, the less typing your cashier does at the counter. Add your best-sellers first, then fill in the rest whenever you have a quiet moment.
What is the difference between a made-to-order item and one I count?
A made-to-order item, like a coffee, is prepared on the spot and never runs out, so you skip stock for it. A counted item, like bottled water, is a physical thing you can run out of, so you track its stock once your menu is in place.
Can I duplicate a product instead of filling the form each time?
Create each product fresh for now. Once it exists you can open it and edit any detail, so the fastest path is to add them all, then adjust prices or photos later.
Will my new products show up on the POS straight away?
Made-to-order items appear the moment you save. Counted items appear once they have stock, which you set up in the Inventory section after your menu is complete.
