Make your first sale on the POS
Sign in to the BANA Sale app, build an order, take payment, and finish your first sale.
This is the moment everything led to: the grand reopening, and Cà Phê Sài Gòn’s first sale on BANA. The BANA Sale app is where Hùng rings up orders, takes payment, and hands over receipts. This guide walks one complete sale from start to finish.
Before you start
- The BANA Sale app open at sale.prods1.bana.com.vn, signed in with your staff account.
- A product to sell — your menu from Add your first product shows up automatically.
- Payment methods turned on — see Set up payment methods.
Ring up the sale
Open the sale screen
Open Sale in the BANA Sale app. Your products appear as a grid, with the current order building on the right — empty for now. Everything you created in the dashboard — categories and products — is already here.
Build the order
Tap a product to add it to the order. For Cà Phê Sài Gòn’s first sale, add Cà phê sữa đá — if an item has sizes or options, a panel opens so you can choose them, then select Done. Each line in the order panel shows the price and running total; adjust the quantity right on the line.
POS Tablet / Mobile: the grid fills the screen and the order opens from the bottom. Use Select Cart to switch between open orders, or New Cart to start another while one is still in progress.
Take payment
When the order is complete, select Checkout. The Payment screen opens with the order on one side and the payment methods on the other. Choose how the customer is paying — for a cash sale, select Cash and enter the amount handed over on the keypad. The app fills in the Tendered amount and works out the Remaining change. For card or QR, follow the on-screen prompt. Select Pay Now to complete the order.
Finish and print the receipt
A Payment successful screen confirms the sale and shows the amount paid and the payment method. Select Print Bill to print the customer’s receipt on a connected printer — or Kitchen Bill to send the order to the kitchen. When you’re ready for the next customer, select Back to Sale.
The sale is recorded instantly and syncs to the dashboard under Sale, where it feeds your revenue reports automatically. To set up a printer, see Connect printers and devices.
Tip: No printer yet? Select Printer Setting right from the success screen to connect one without leaving the sale.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. You can tap products on screen or search by name. A scanner just speeds things up if your products have barcodes.
What if the customer pays part cash, part transfer?
Choose more than one payment method on the payment screen and split the amount between them. The app tracks what's still due until the order is fully paid.
Where does the sale go after I finish?
Straight to the dashboard. You'll find it under Sale, and it feeds your revenue reports automatically.
