Create your BANA account and sign in
Sign up, verify your phone, set up your business, and sign in to the BANA dashboard for the first time.
Welcome to BANA. Creating your account takes just a few minutes: you sign up, verify your phone, set up your business, and pick a plan. By the end you’ll land in your dashboard, ready to add products and start selling.
What you’ll need
- A username and a password (at least 8 characters, with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number)
- A mobile phone that can receive an SMS code, which BANA uses to verify your identity
- Optional: an email address, so you can recover your password later
Create your account
Start from the sign-in screen
Open client.prods1.bana.com.vn. This is the sign-in screen, where you’ll log in every day. Since you don’t have an account yet, find Don’t have an account? and select Create One.
Enter your details
On the Create an account screen, fill in your First Name, Last Name, Username, and a Password. The Referral Code is optional; leave it blank if you don’t have one. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service, then select Create account.
Verify your identity
Confirm your phone number
BANA now guides you through three steps: Identity, Business, then Pricing Plan. On Verify Identity, enter your Phone number and select Get OTP. Type the one-time code BANA sends you by SMS. You can also Add Email for Account Recovery here, then select Continue.
Set up your business
Name your business and choose your industry
This step creates your organization, your overall business in BANA. On Set Up Your Business, enter your Organization Name (for example Cà Phê Sài Gòn). Under Industry, choose Food & Beverage, then pick Cafe. Add an Organization logo if you have one, then select Continue.
Choose a plan
Pick a plan
On Choose Your Plan, compare Free Trial Plan, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Switch between Monthly and Annual to see the prices. To get going without paying, select Continue with Free Trial.
You’re all set
Open your dashboard
BANA confirms You’re all set and sets up the essentials for you: a default store called Headquarter with one POS sale channel, the Restaurant POS module, and an active trial. Select Open Dashboard to go in. From the welcome screen you can also jump straight to Add Product or Invite Staff.
Sign in next time
Your session stays active after setup. Here’s how to come back later:
- Open client.prods1.bana.com.vn.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Leave Remember me ticked to stay signed in on this device, then select Sign In.
Staff and the POS: Your team rings up sales in the BANA Sale app at sale.prods1.bana.com.vn, using their own BANA accounts. See Manage employees and roles.
Reset a forgotten password
Request a reset code
If you can’t remember your password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. Enter your Email and select Send Reset Code, then follow the code BANA emails you to set a new password.
Troubleshooting
- “Account not found” or wrong password: use your Username (not your email), and check that Caps Lock is off.
- No OTP code arrived: wait for the countdown to finish, then select Get OTP again, and confirm the phone number can receive SMS.
- Username already taken: usernames are unique across BANA. Choose a different one when you sign up.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an email address to sign up?
No. The sign-up form only asks for your name, a username, and a password. You can add a recovery email later, while verifying your identity.
My OTP code didn't arrive. What should I do?
Wait for the countdown to finish, then select Get OTP again. Check that the phone number is correct and can receive SMS messages.
Did I need to create a store myself?
No. When you finish setup, BANA automatically creates a default merchant called Headquarter with one POS sale channel.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can start on the free trial and move to Plus, Pro, or Enterprise from your dashboard whenever you're ready.
